I buy the big packs of cloth diapers and use them as burp rags etc but that is what I usually use to put on top of them while i'm bathing, or cleaning, wiping etc. Also, invest in some lap pads to put on top of the changing table cover boys pee EVERYWHERE. Also, finally....when they poop, they get poop in some really really REALLY odd places.
